EA Company Overview: EA Medical (EA) is a unique medical device distribution company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in February, 1993, EA/ISP serves as a complete distribution organization with twelve sales associates covering hospitals and clinics in Iowa, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Southern and Central Illinois. Focused areas of sales include General, Cardio-Thoracic, Vascular, and Neuro Surgery.

EA/ISP has been able to expand sales to 8 million dollars in 2012. Our sales force has an average of 12 to 17 years of sales experience. This has been a major factor in our success in building and maintaining sales in the surgical field. We have been able to build and grow sales of new products due to our relationships, experience, knowledge and customer service. Due to these factors, over the past 19 years we have taken several new products from zero to over one million dollars sale.

EA/ISP provides a complete Customer Service and Warehouse organization delivering optimal support for both manufacturers and hospitals. Generally, one to three month inventory levels are carried to prevent shipping backorders. Three Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer any question concerning product sales support, order placement and shipment. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction by providing quick service to our customers. Our company has an exceptional customer service department that can put hospitals in touch with their sales associate 24 hours a day.
